There has been a minor update to the Exchange 2013 management pack version 15.0.666.20 can be download here.
Fixes in this version
- Fixed a bug preventing Exchange 2013 Mailbox Properties collection when the contents of Email Addresses field exceed the total length of more than 1024 characters.

I have version the latest MP imported but i still get the above error on my management servers.

I’ve seen cases of this happening as well. I want to see if it’s fixed in the next version or needs to be re-looked at.

This error is still an issue in certain cases even with the latest MP. I suspect it hay me corrected in the next version.
Still not corrected in the latest version of SCOM and MP
